To begin, we gather around an open fire and enjoy hot cacao. This delicious beverage helps to open the heart and create a sense of warmth and connection. As the fire crackles and the aroma of cacao fills the air, you'll feel a sense of relaxation and anticipation for the journey ahead.

After enjoying the cacao, we move into a heavy Smudging session. This ancient practice involves the burning of sacred herbs, such as sage or palo santo, to cleanse and purify the energy around us. As the smoke wafts through the air, it helps to reset the light matrix that may have attached to our bodies, allowing us to release any stagnant or negative energy.

Following the Smudging session, we engage in an intention-setting ceremony. This is a powerful opportunity to reflect on your desires, goals, and intentions for the ceremony. By setting clear intentions, you create a focused and purposeful energy that will guide you through the rest of the experience.

Now, it's time for the main event - the Shamanic Mega Bass Didgeridoo and Crystal Bowls Sound bath. Picture yourself lying down in the most magnificent high desert landscape you can imagine. Experience a transformative thirty-minute breath work session as you find yourself perched on a boulder, overlooking the breathtaking valley below, just as the sun begins to rise. This session focuses on the Mer-ka-bah breath work technique, which aims to ignite and activate your Mer-ka-bah light body. The term "Merkabah" originates from ancient Egypt and is a combination of three separate words: "Mer" meaning "light," "Ka" meaning "body," and "Bah" meaning "vehicle."
